Beach House Gimlet

I pulled this one from Death & Company’s Welcome Home. Oh my goodness! It blew my mind. I’m salivating just thinking about how delicious this combo is.

1.25oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.25oz St. George Green Chile Vodka

0.75oz lime juice

0.5oz rich (2:1) cane sugar syrup

1 tsp Giffard Banane Du Brésil

1 dash St. George Absinthe

Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake with ice, and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass or coupe.
