French 95

A French 95 is like a French 75…but with bourbon instead of gin. In this particular version I’ve subbed cinnamon syrup for simple, and added a dash of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki bitters.

2oz Old Grand-Dad Bonded

0.75oz lemon juice

0.5oz simple syrup

Sparkling wine/Champagne to top.

Add all ingredients expect bubbles to a shaker, and shake with ice. Strain into a snifter over a large ice cube and top with dry sparkling wine or Champagne.
