Permanent Holiday

A lovely Tiki inspired cocktail

1 oz. bourbon

1 oz. Averna amaro

½ oz. Licor 43

1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

½ oz. passion fruit syrup

½ oz. fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add about 1/4c pebble ice and shake. Pour all the contents into a tall glass or tiki mug - top with more pebble ice to fill.

This seems to draw a tiny bit on the Tiki standard Port Light cocktail (bourbon and passion fruit), but fills it out and makes it a much more lovely and sophisticated cousin.
