On paper, the 20th Century cocktail kind of makes you go, “HUH, WHAT??” Nevertheless, you’ve got to try this classic. The end result is a surprisingly well played symphony of flavors- floral, botanical, citrus and sweet chocolate. I really enjoy it as something unusual, complex yet delicious.

1.5 oz London Dry Gin

0.75 oz each lemon juice, Kina' l’Aero d’Or, crème de cacao

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe….garnish with a lemon twist.
