Thou Shall Not Be Named

I found this one because I was in the mood for something like a mezcal Negroni - it’s from Alicia Perry via PUNCH.

1.5oz reposado tequila (I used La Gritona)

0.50 oz mezcal (I used Del Maguey Vida)

0.50 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

0.50 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

Stir all ingredients with ice, and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.

Because of this cocktail…I found one of my favorite lower ABV sippers. I like mixing equal parts Sfumato and sweet Vermouth with a little ice and voilà.
