From Death & Co.’s Matthew Belanger in “Welcom Home”

1oz Capurro Acholado Pisco (I subbed Macchu Pisco)

1/2oz St. George Aqua Perfecta Basil eau de vie

1/2oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

3/4oz lemon juice

3/4oz strawberry syrup (I used Liquid Alchemist)

1 egg white

atomizer with Wray & Nephew Jamaican rum

Dry shake all ingredients, and then shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe and mist some of the high ester rum over the top of the drink.
