No ABV Paloma

I’ve been curious about mixing cocktails with non alcoholic spirits. I happened on the sampler pack of Seedlip trio of smaller 200ml bottles at Williams Sonoma and had to take them home with me. I really enjoyed this version of a Paloma.

2oz Seedlip Spice 94

0.5oz lime juice

0.25oz agave nectar

Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit

Shake the first three ingredients with ice, and strain into a highball glass. Top up with grapefruit soda.
