Strawberry Vermouth Spritz

Oh man, just looking back on this one…this needs to happen again soon. I infused Carpano Bianco with fresh strawberries, and then built a spritz. My original intention was to pair with sparkling rosé, but I actually liked the tonic a bit more. I think I will try the lighter tonic next time, too.

2oz strawberry infused Carpano Bianco

2oz tonic water

0.25oz St. Germain

Build with ice in your favorite glass and stir.
