All The Difference

One of my favorite cocktail and spirits resources in the Haus Alpenz web site. Lots of suggestions for cocktails with their products and even more info on the history and style of various spirits, bitters, and liqueurs. I found this one while reading about both L.N. Mattei Cap Corse rouge and Amaro Sfumato. As whiskey is my general favorite spirit, and this is a simple spec…but still yields complexity in taste…it’s my jam!

1.25 oz rye whiskey
1.25 oz Mattei Rouge
0.5 oz Amaro Sfumato

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
