Mai Tai
I got inspired to make some pecan milk…then some pecan orgeat…the next obvious step was to make a Mai Tai with it…and voilà.
1oz Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum
1oz Appleton Estate 12 year
0.25oz Clément VSOP Rhum Vieux Agricole
1oz fresh lime juice
0.75oz pecan orgeat
Shake all ingredients well with (pebble preferred) ice & dump…top up with more ice. Garnish ideally with a spent lime shell and bunch of mint. File this one under refreshingly dangerous.
