Reverse Manhattan

With a little help via a well timed Instagram message, I arrived at my perfect version of a Reverse Manhattan.

1oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse Bottled-In-Bond)
1.5oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
0.5oz Punt E Mes
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pinch of salt

Stir all ingredients together with ice to chill and dilute. Strain into a Nick & Nora coupe. Garnish with one Lazzaroni Amaretto Cherry.
