Scotch Lady

I’m not sure why I took so long to put this one together. I took this from the original Death & Co Modern Classic Cocktails. Phil Ward basically took a classic Pink Lady and swapped Scotch for the gin.

1.5oz Scotch (Famous Grouse)

0.5oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy

0.75oz lemon juice

0.75oz simple syrup

0.25oz grenadine

1 egg white

Add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake (no ice). Shake with ice. Double strain in to a coupe. Garnish with a fancy cherry.
